RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All contact lenses come with a full manufacturer's warranty which covers any faults or defects in the lens. If there are any problems with the lenses please remove them and contact our support team. If contact lenses have been supplied incorrectly the lenses must be returned with in 30 days for a correct replacement. All Returns must be unopened, in original condition and purchased from Contact Lens Express to receive a replacement. Before returning a product please contact support staff via email on email@example.com and our support team will guide you through the process.
We also offer refunds within 30 days of ordering. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any unopened boxes for a full refund.
